– Platform for vendors to showcase event-related services (e.g., catering, decoration, DJ services, photography, rentals).
– Direct booking of vendors through our platform.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to list, book, or purchase services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Listings and Content
For Property Owners, Hotels, and Vendors:
– You must ensure all information provided is accurate, lawful, and non-misleading.
– You must have the legal right to sell, rent, or offer the listed property/service.
– All images, descriptions, and pricing must reflect the actual product/service offered.
Prohibited Content:
– Misrepresentation, fake listings, copyright violations, illegal services, or misleading pricing.
5. Transactions and Payments
Payments may be processed via our secure payment gateway or through direct arrangements between buyer and seller/vendor, depending on the service type. Service fees and commissions may apply for certain transactions (outlined at the point of booking or listing). All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund policy outlined in Section 6.
6. Cancellations and Refund Policy
Real Estate Transactions: Deposits and payments are governed by the agreement between buyer and seller. We are not liable for any disputes arising from private arrangements.
Hotel/Airbnb Bookings: Cancellation and refund eligibility will follow the policy set by the host/hotel at the time of booking.
Event Vendor Services: Cancellation policies vary by vendor. Please check the vendor’s terms before confirming your booking.
Platform service fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
7. Platform Role and Liability Disclaimer
We act solely as an intermediary connecting buyers, sellers, guests, hosts, and event vendors. We do not own, operate, or control any listed property, accommodation, or vendor service unless explicitly stated. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings, quality, safety, or legality of any property/service offered, or actions/omissions of any user, vendor, or third party. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.
8. Vendor Obligations (Event & Real Estate Service Providers)
Vendors must deliver services as described in their listing. Vendors must comply with all local laws, permits, and licensing requirements. Vendors are responsible for handling their own customer disputes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and designs on this website are owned by us or licensed to us. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of our website without written consent.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to post false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent activities, use the platform for unlawful purposes, or circumvent payment processes to avoid service fees.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our use of your data for transaction processing, communication, and marketing (with opt-out options).
12. Dispute Resolution

- You must act professionally at all times and avoid any behavior that could damage HHO’s
- You are required to wear the official HHO company uniform at all occasions, events, or assignments representing the company.
- On no account should you communicate with clients directly for personal purposes or share your personal contact information with them. All client communications must go through HHO’s official
